Important Notes

Rates are for 1-point loading only. Extra loading points will be charged as per tile size.
Delivery is within 20 KM of our Bhiwandi warehouse.
No labour charges. Please arrange your tempo to pick up the material from our Bhiwandi warehouse.
For door delivery in Mumbai, there is an extra charge of ₹2000 per ton, and delivery will be to one location only.
A single truck load may include multiple tile types and products, so please wait for 2 hours at Bhiwandi for proper loading. Kindly avoid rushing the process.

For Part Load Orders – Payment Terms

Payment must be made at the time of delivery, as we are required to pay labour and tempo charges in advance.
Kindly ensure that your payment is ready upon delivery to avoid any delays.
All rates are applicable from 1 August 2025.

FAQ - Tiles transport questions

Minimum 6 Tons for Part load and above 6 Tons – Full Load with Clubbing.

Freight is calculated transparently based on base freight, pickup tempo charges, and LR & documentation fees. You can view the total estimated freight before confirming your booking.

Delivery is typically completed within the estimated timeframe provided at booking (commonly around 3 days after pickup), depending on route and transport conditions.

Freight estimates include transport charges. GST (5%) is payable by the consignee under Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM), as applicable.

Our support team is available to assist you. Rates remain valid for 24 hours, and cancellation charges may apply once the vehicle has been assigned.
